Quality Assurance

A grosaw has developed a rigorous quality assurance system meeting the requirements of international standard ISO 9001.

Checks are built in at every stage of product realization including purchasing, incoming quality control, in-process quality control and final quality control. Materials are procured from reputed suppliers as per the defined specifications.

All materials entering the factory are checked at the IQC (Incoming Quality Control) section, which is equipped with sophisticated instruments. Each completed machine undergoes stringent finished quality control checks and inspections, at the FQC (Final Quality Control), before it is dispatched to the customer.
